- Initial on-site IT review at start of contract
- 1 on-site visit per quarter (for the duration of the contract)
- PC Health checks
- Recommendations
- 18 x hours per quarter remote IT support via an online link

- IT Hardware & Software Audits
Any Additional on-site visits will be charged at the following hourly rates in half hourly increments, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Contracts that cover multiple business sites will be costed by total head count.
